Box Office Clash and Competition

Despite tough competition from ongoing hit Saiyaara and new release Dhadak 2 (featuring Triptii Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi), Mahavatar Narsimha has maintained its stronghold, proving its wide audience acceptance across demographics and regions.

India’s First Mythological Animated Franchise

Produced by Kleem Productions and Hombale Films, and directed by Ashwin Kumar, the film is the first chapter in a planned animated series on the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu. Screenplay writers Jayapurna Das and Rudra Pratap Ghosh have reimagined the legendary story of Prahlad Maharaj and the manifestation of Lord Narasimha, creating a deeply spiritual yet action-packed narrative.

Upcoming titles in the Mahavatar franchise include:

  • Mahavatar Parshuram (2027)

  • Mahavatar Raghunandan (2029)

  • Mahavatar Dhawkadhesh (2031)

  • Mahavatar Gokulananda (2033)

  • Mahavatar Kalki (Parts 1 & 2, 2035 & 2037)
