At a media interaction, producer Naga Vamsi said he was confident Kingdom would gross ₹35–40 crore worldwide on day one.

“The film made 50% of what it sold for overseas on Day 1. Rayalaseema will also most likely touch 50% of what I sold it for. We’re expecting ₹7–8 crore gross in Nizam.”

His prediction turned out accurate as the film hit the ₹39 crore mark, despite being a non-holiday release.
