Visakhapatnam, June 23, 2025 — In view of the upcoming Rath Yatra 2025, East Coast Railway (ECoR) has announced a series of special trains to facilitate the smooth travel of devotees heading to Puri for the annual Car Festival of Lord Jagannath.
As per K. Saandeep, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Waltair Division, special trains will run from Visakhapatnam, Jagdalpur, and Rayagada to Puri and Khurda Road, ensuring seamless pilgrim movement during the grand festival.
Special Train: Visakhapatnam–Puri–Visakhapatnam (08313/08314)

Departure (08313): Leaves Visakhapatnam at 00:45 hrs on June 27 and July 5

Arrival at Puri: Same day at 12:00 noon

Return (08314): Leaves Puri at 2:15 a.m. on June 28 and July 6
